OMG–did somebody say “hang gliding”? You can learn how to hang glide in just a couple of hours, and then take your first glide into the setting So-Cal sun. If you go too late in the year, you can take the class on a Friday, and then hang glide for the first time on a Saturday morning or afternoon. You cannot do that on a Friday anywhere else, can you?
